Step one:

-Select a Primary Care Physician from our list of physicians.   
       
-Search for Doctors by Last Name, City, or Specialty

Step two:

-Contact your Health Plan member service department by using the members service number located on your Health Plan Membership Card

*Make sure that you mention Primary Care Associates of California as your choice
