-Select a Primary Care Physician from our list of      physicians.   
       
-Search for Doctors by LastName, City, or Specialty

Step two:

-Contact your Health Plan member service department by using the members service number located on your Health Plan Membership Card

*Make sure that you mention Alliance Physicians Medical Group as your choice
